The month is filled with competitions, masterclasses, and lectures designed to help you test your limits, expand your skills, and improve both your physical and mental performance.
April is the time for new records and personal progress with KRIDA.
KIDS & JUNIOR 6–15 | ATHLETIC GAMES — April 10
Competitions for children aged 6–17.
Format: Long jump, Push-ups, Step jumps, Static exercises
Start: 6:00 pm

GYM CHALLENGE — April 15
Strength competitions are a format for those who want to test their limits and achieve maximum results.
Competitors perform one-repetition exercises with maximum weight: glute bridges (women) and strict barbell curls (men). Three attempts are allowed for each exercise, with the best result counting.
Categories:
Men: up to 75 kg / up to 85 kg / 85+ kg
Women: up to 60 kg / 60+ kg
Start: Weigh-in: 7:00 pm, starts at 7:10 pm till 9:00 pm
MENTAL HEALTH — April 17
Lecture with psychologist Sharapat Sultanaliyeva
Topic: “Anima, Animus, and the Shadow: The Path to Wholeness”
Start: 1:00 pm, Studio 1
Registration: via the mobile app or at reception

BEGINNER SWIMMING MASTERCLASS — April 26
A swimming master class for beginners, aged 16 and over, will be held at the KRIDA pool.

Posing training for KRIDA's Athlete Power category participants, aimed at preparing for performances and confident presentation on stage.
