FitCheck+ is an opportunity to take an informed approach to setting and achieving personal fitness and health goals.

FitCheck+ includes data analysis by KRIDA's professional physicians and sports mentors using Accuniq, spirometry, Kardiomed700 exercise bike, DePuls+, EKG, lab tests and questionnaires.

This testing allows for the assessment of:

• Body composition (fat / muscle / water)
• Functional state of the body
• Psycho-emotional state
• Endurance
• Stress Index
• Lung health
• Heart condition
• Pulse zone for training
• Nutritional habits
• Physical activity

Based on test results, experts make personalized recommendations for fitness programs, diet and overall quality of life improvement.

Advanced FitCheck+ sports testing is included with every one year Full Day card starting September 2024.
