The changes will not only affect your training, group and personal programs. At KRIDA, we offer the integration of physical training with mental practices such as neuroplasticity, stress management and relaxation. We will also improve the service, create a new and stylish interior and update most of the sports equipment. The change in the concept of the club does not affect the terms of the contract concluded with you when purchasing current membership cards and gift certificates.
