Mission
KRIDA aims at harmonious development of physical and mental health of a person. To create an environment of achievement of set sports goals with special attention to strengthening mental health. The club's coaches act as fitness experts and become mentors for clients, creating a plan not only for physical training, but also for integrating mental practices such as neuroplasticity, stress management and relaxation.
